Chicken Parm

1 C Flour
2 Eggs
1 C Bread Crumbs
Salt
Parmesean Cheese
1/2 T Onion Powder
1/2 T Garlic Powder
Mozzerella
4-5 Fit and Easy Chicken Breasts
Pasta Sauce

Put Flour in a zip loc bag and coat chicken one at a time. Beat eggs in a bowl and set aside. Mix bread crumbs, 1 T salt, 2T parmesean cheese, onion and garlic powder in a bowl and set aside. Dip floured chicken in the egg and coat with bread crumbs. Fry for 2 min on each side until golden brown. Dry on paper towels and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread pasta sauce over chicken cutlets and sprinkle genererously with mozerrella cheese and bake until cheese is melted about 15-20 min.
